Dance With My Father
My father would lift me high and dance with my mother and me and then
Spin me around 'til I fell asleep
Then up the stairs he would carry me
And I knew for sure I was loved..
If I could get another chance, another walk, another dance with him
I'd play a song that would never, ever end
How I'd love, love, love
To dance with my father again..
When I and my mother would disagree
To get my way, I would run from her to him
He'd make me laugh just to comfort me, yea yea
Then finally make me do just what my mama said
Later that night when I was asleep
He left a dollar under my sheet
Never dreamed that he would be gone from me..
If I could steal one final glance, one final step, one final dance with him
I'd play a song that would never, ever end
'Cause I'd love, love, love
To dance with my father again..
Sometimes I'd listen outside her door
And I'd hear how my mother cried for him
I pray for her even more than me
I pray for her even more than me..
I know I'm praying for much too much
But could you send back the only man she loved
I know you don't do it usually
But dear Lord she's dying
To dance with my father again..
Every night I fall asleep and this is all I ever dream..
My younger brother shared with me this song/video through Facebook.. The song really touched me and without my realisation, it brings tears to my eyes.. Really touching.. The lyric is so meaningful too..
To dear reader who not knowing this song..come and listen to it.. Trust me, no regret..
"Love you parents because you'll be regret when they're gone.. So love them while they're still there standing here on earth.. "
Have a nice week.. :)

He Keeps You Going...
I asked God for strength that I might achieve.
I was made weak that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for health that I might do greater things.
I was given infirmity that I might do better things.
I asked for riches that I might be happy.
I was given poverty that I might be wise.
I asked for power that I might have the praise of men.
I was given weakness that I might feel the need of God.
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.
I was given life that I might enjoy all things.
I got nothing that I asked for, but everything I hoped for.
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered.
I am, among all men, most richly blessed..

Success keeps you glowing,

A Story of Burnt Toast Bread..
Burnt Toast Bread..
“ When I was a little girl, my mom liked to make breakfast food for dinner every now and then. And I remember one night in particular when she had made breakfast after a long, hard day at work. On that evening so long ago, my mom placed a plate of eggs, sausage, and extremely burned toast in front of my dad.
I remember waiting to see if anyone noticed! Yet all my dad did was reach for his toast, smile at my mom, and ask me how my day was at school. I don't remember what I told him that night, but I do remember watching him smear butter and jelly on that toast and eat every bite.. When I got up from the table that evening, I remember hearing my mom apologize to my dad for burning the toast. And I'll never forget what he said. " Baby, I love burned toast.."
Later that night, I went to kiss Daddy good night, and I asked him if he really liked his toast burned. He wrapped me in his arms and said, “Debbie, your Momma put in a hard day at work today and she's real tired. And besides-a little burnt toast never hurt anyone! You know, life is full of imperfect things...and imperfect people. I'm not the best housekeeper or cook..”
What I've learned over the years is that learning to accept each other's faults - and choosing to celebrate each other's differences - is the one of the most important keys to creating a healthy, growing, and lasting relationship. Burnt toast should never be a deal breaker. We could extend this to any relationship in fact - as understanding is the base of any relationship, be it a husband-wife or parent-child or friendship..
Don't put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket - but into your own.
People will always forget what you do, and they will always forget what you say, but they will never, ever forget the way you make them feel.. “
This story was really touched me.. I saw this on an old friend’s note in Facebook.. Thought this could give us great lesson in our relationship towards our partner, parents, siblings, relatives and friends.. Because I agree that people will never forget the way you make them feel and don't let that little silly thing ruins your happiness.. :)

The Spirit of Ramadhan..
Honestly, I do like this Ramadhan month.. because on the evening around 4pm to 6 pm there would be various stalls selling “kuih muih” and foods that are really seldom be sold in any months throughout the year.. So as usual, during this month, we the whole family will take an opportunity to buy foods from these stalls.. :)
So, malam tdk payah masak sdh..makan ja tapau dr bazaar ramadhan tu hehe.. As if we are the one who fasting hehe.. but that is okay isn’t..
That’s what we called “ 1 MALAYSIA ”.. :)

Important INFO..
I was so eager to check tht email content since the subject is “H1n1 experience”.. and as I read the email, I was like so scared.. I read the whole content, and obviously my heart felt so scared about this H1n1 virus. An Islamic Bank’s staff wrote about how his brother suffered from H1n1 and at last survived from it.
So, I invite all dear readers to take your time to read this.. It may help you to visualize how is H1n1 is like and this might be save your life..as well as your family..
This is the email..
" Some important info about H1N1…
Be carefull, stay at home. Jangan pergi tempat sesak dgn orang. Take Care of your family.
This is true story, patient was brother from Bank Islam staff.
High risk infection to person yg smooking, has atshma, children, pregnant woman
Beginner stage
Batuk, selsema, demam, sakit tekak, bila terbesin bunyi tak kuat...
Second Stage
Susah bernafas, simtom macam asthma but not asthma, at this stage if you touch the person, or breath in the same room 80% boleh kena...masa ni kena kuarantin...at hospital. Masalahnya sekarang dah ramai yg kena.. hospital tak cukup katil & bilik kuarantin...Bila u pengsan macam nak mati baru dia org admitted.macam kes adik I.
Critical
Lung infection. Bila X ray we can see the virus covered the lung. Like my brother case. Very scary bila tengok x ray tu. At this stage u need oksigen with highest level, Strongest antivral..very high drug.. At least 7 days oksigen kena bagi. % to recover depend to age, imune badan u.
That's why kalau baby atau budak2 susah nak kata...normally die. My brother hari ni genap 8 hari..still need oksigen. Kesian dia. Masa tahap critical tu tercungap2 dia bernafas, sampai menangis..Sampai satu tahap dia berguling atas simen sbb dah tak tahan...sampai dia give up ..sampai dia blh cakap lebih baik Allah ambik nyawa dia...Itu lelaki tu..imagine kalau pompuan atau budak2.
We all cuma blh tengok dia dari cermin...tak blh masuk dlm bilik kuarantin...Dr & nurse aje boleh masuh...siap pakai baju plastik. To support him, what we did bagi sms, bagi dia alquran biar dia baca so that dia tenang, bagi tasbih biar dia zikir ingat Allah & bagi Air yasin...Alhamdulillah pastu dia ok sikit.Ada hikmahnya...All the family member unite to support my brother fighting the virus.
Masalahnya hospital swasta tak terima H1N1 case, sekarang ni semua depend hospital kerajaan yg most of the doctors still young . The oldest dr in my brother ward was 28 years.. All the Otai dah pergi private. Lepas tu plak this is the first time to treat H1N1 patient. At the same time dr bz with other case as well...1 doktor 5 patient...kat gov hospital...kesian dr2 tu...berhempas pulas nak selamatkan patient. I appreciate them, mmg very appreciate dia org jaga adik i dgn baik sekali..
Rasa nak peluk & cium dia org sebab selamatkan adik I...
Take care & be careful with H1N1. Virus tu very strong...sape kena...memang suffer nak recover...No vaksin..cuma ada antiviral & our mental warrior to fight them. Very genius virus..Can hide in our body...difficult to detect.
Only can detect thru swap which the cost is 1K above. Unable detected in blood as well. When they start action...Can kill the person if the body imune does not strong. For those have baby atau anak2, U & ur family do not go to crowded place, better wear mask when u outside from home. The vaksin will come to Msia in Nov-Dec. So far yg I nampak..hanya lelaki dewasa can fight the virus...woman might be 70% , children most probably will die.
Take care You & Your Family "
As a conclusion, don't let the H1n1 virus infection spread to you and your family..

Family Matters..
It was tiring weekend I had but really fun.. My weekend packed with several things because.. for your information, before I when to Grace Point to celebrate mom and dad birthday, me and hubby had plan for karaoke session. My schedule on that busy Saturday starting with went to office in the morning for a half day work.. and then headed to KKbox Karamunsing. This was the first time we (me and hubby) were there and so as did karaoke. Feels awkward for the first time especially my hubby. He really always never like to sing.. but somehow I really appreciate his effort for trying his best to have fun with me and..for my shocked his voice was not bad though hehe.. Then right after that we proceed to Grace Point.. We went to Grace Point for 2 times actually on the same day. That was because, as the birthday celebration was over and we were on our way back to home, sis-in-law sent a text message to invite us for dinner at Grace Point.. Therefore, after rested a while at home, we went out again to the same venue as before. Such a tiring day, but worth it..because it was family matter and I know these were good things. Spending more time with beloved family, remind me of that it helps us to keep the family bond close together.
And so last Saturday, another celebration was on. That was my youngest brother’s birthday. He turns to 21st this year and I planned to pour on a memorable day for him, despite it was just a simple celebration. This time we celebrated it at home. Not at my parent’s home, where we were grew up. It was at my house at Jalan Minintod. And now I realized, that was the first birthday celebration ever celebrated in there since we moved in. We bought the house last year and did a housewarming on last June..and there was the first birthday celebration here. Prayer for blessing of the food, cutting cake session and of course photoshoot session and having good food.. Plus the delicious cake.. ;)
Yes.. it was fun fun fun weekend.. all in one..all are family matters.
Can’t wait for this coming weekend. Another celebration on 8th August... Mom and Dad 28th wedding anniversary...
Happy Anniversary To Mom and Dad.. Blessed,Blissful and Everlasting Marriage Life Journey..

Feeling Fresh..
So..here is my new layout.. :)
Death toll rises to eight
The seventh victim was a 24-year-old native woman who died at the Miri Hospital’s intensive care unit, two weeks after giving birth to her first child. She was the first A (H1N1) fatality in Sarawak.
The eighth victim was a 51-year-old school teacher who died in Seremban on Sunday, said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican.
The Institute for Medical Research confirmed yesterday that the teacher had contracted the virus. Her tissue samples were tested after her death.
She had taught at a school in Selangor, which was closed on July 27 following the discovery of an A (H1N1) cluster there.
The onset of the disease began on July 23, and the teacher visited a general practitioner on July 27.
She went to the Sungai Buloh Hospital on July 30, and subsequently to the Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital in Seremban on Sunday after experiencing a shortness of breath. She was admitted to the intensive care unit where she died.
The native woman was warded on July 17. At the time, she was already in an advanced stage of pregnancy.
The hospital helped her deliver a baby girl a few days later. The baby is healthy and has been handed over to the father, a labourer in his late 20s.
Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam said the state had stepped up the alert level.
“Nobody can take this disease lightly any more,” he said yesterday.
The Miri Hospital has stopped children from entering the wards unless they are undergoing treatment.
The elderly are also discouraged from the wards, while smokers are barred altogether.
Hospital director Dr Uma Devi said the tighter safety measures were aimed at protecting those with a weak immune system.

Stella says:
Don't take this disease lightly anymore.. It become worst already and to prevent from the death toll rises again, full precaution should be taken. Please increase precaution..don't take things for granted.. Who knows, it might be your family member or relatives be the next victim.. Government should do something about this. The present action might not effective.
